Cancellation Policy

Deposits: A non-refundable deposit of €10 is required to secure your appointment. This will be deducted from your final balance. Rescheduling & Cancellations: Please give at least 48 hours’ notice to reschedule. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your appointment will result in a loss of your deposit. No-Shows: No-shows forfeit their deposit and may be restricted from future bookings. Late Policy: Please try to arrive on time, not too early and not too late. If you are more than 15 minutes late, €10 late fee will be applied anything more than that can result to your appointment to be canceled or rescheduled, and your deposit will be forfeited. ​​​ ​ Important Information Arrive with your hair detangled and product-free unless you’ve booked a wash service. If you are feeling unwell, please reschedule your appointment. Children and extra guests are not permitted unless they are being serviced. Please review your desired style before booking and ensure your natural hair is the required length for your chosen style. Be respectful—no discriminatory or inappropriate behavior will be tolerated. ​ ​Address and Parking ​ To maintain the privacy and safety of our space, the exact address will only be shared 24–48 hours before your appointment. You will receive it via direct message once your booking is confirmed. Please ensure you park respectfully and safely.
